At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exacta same conditions unless you cancel it or 123-AI. cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting 123-AI, Inc. customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide 123-AI. with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize 123-AI. to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, 123-AI. will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

123-AI. may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).

We will give you 10000 words from a free trial plan/every month.
If you do enter your billing information when signing up for Free Trial, you will not be charged by 123-AI. until Free Trial has expired. On the last day of Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.
At any time and without notice, 123-AI. reserves the right to (i) modify Terms of Service of Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
Use Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service or interfere with any other party’s use of Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Service.

Refunds
We issue refunds for Contracts within seven (7) days of the original purchase of the Contract with the condition that your credit usage is less than 200 Words for the "Basic" plan and less than 200 words for any of the other plans.

If even by mistake, you try to generate such content, our system will give you an error message of “Unsafe Content” the first time and this is to be considered the final warning. If you try to generate such content again, your subscription will be cancelled and you will be debarred from using our services again and no refunds will be issued.
